The majority of our business already comes from customer referrals. We’ve tried to improve the system and make it easier to refer people, giving them an incentive to give away as well as receiving an incentive. Our new enhanced referral programme should help us build on our growing reputation and introduce our new interior products and sister company Rockwood Luxury Living.
As many of our customers already know, we are delighted when they introduce new customers and hopefully when we share that delight by sending a ‘thankyou £250 cheque’ to pay them what we would have paid to recruit a new customer from advertising and many otherwise wasted meetings and costs. Now we want to encourage our past customers to continue to help us find new projects, especially as we now have a wide range of additional products from Rockwood Luxury Living, that can be seen in our showroom and our show houses from furniture to garden rooms.
Our enhanced referral programme is easy to remember and not only rewards the person passing on their code but also gives the new customer something as well. To help us celebrate the launch of our new bathroom range we will give them a voucher from you, £250 off any item of sanitary ware within the range. That could be a free corner toilet, a discounted luxury bath with inbuilt speaker system or a ‘his n hers’ dual basin and vanity unit. To claim their gift from you they simply need to quote your ‘referral code’ when they contact us. We will be asking all of our new clients if they have a ‘referral code’ and so they will be encouraged to confess any introductions too. We know that some people are too shy or don’t like to say so hopefully the referral code and the voucher will make it easier all round. Your referral code is made up of your two initials (Christian and surname initials) followed by the postcode where we did the project, that way we have a point of reference that we can confirm. So as Steve Mill’s code we would use SMKT124JZ.
Don’t forget that we also have a special ‘thank-you’ for those people who let us allow prospective customers to come and visit to see a past project that is like theirs. We have had hundreds of people who have very kindly allowed us to show off their home in this way. It can often make the difference for somebody to not only see the project but also be able to speak to somebody who has gone through the experience and give feedback about all aspects of the build.
